2. Check-out is by 10 am
3. Wi-Fi is available in the house through a third party for the guest’s own account
4. Housekeeping can be arranged at R150 per day.

1. The above rates are for 1 x self catering villa per night.
2. The above rates are inclusive of VAT at 14%.
3. Our check-in time is 15h00 and our checkout time is 10h00.
4. Complimentary early arrivals can be requested, but are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed until 72 hours prior to arrival.
5. Complimentary late departures can be requested, but are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed until 24 hours prior to departure.
6. All rooms and indoor public areas are non-smoking facilities.
7. Reservations are subject to terms of residence on check-in.
8. Thesen Island reserves the right to alter or amend rates and rate periods at any time.
9. Credit cards are not accepted.
10. Minimum letting periods may apply during peak periods and special events.

1. In the event of a cancellation within 28 + days prior to the confirmed arrival date - 50% of the deposit paid or 25% of the full reservation value (whichever greater) cancellation fee will apply.
2. In the event of a cancellation within 15 - 28 days prior to the confirmed arrival date - 75% of the deposit paid or 50% of the full reservation value (whichever greater) cancellation fee will apply.
3. In the event of a “no-show” or cancellation less than 14 days prior to the confirmed arrival date - 100% of the full reservation value cancellation fee will apply.
4. On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, including bank details, we will refund the applicable amount, within 5 working days.
5. All refunds processed will be subject to a 5% administration fee, with an additional R185 charge if a refund to a SWIFT bank account is required.
6. The above terms apply to any amendments to the length of stay during the applicable periods.
